Q: Can I get a free sample?
A: Yes. A4-size samples are free, and shipping is also complimentary for customers in Asia.

Q: What is your MOQ? Can I place a trial order?
A: For standard thickness and density (e.g. 5–20mm, 0.5 density), the MOQ is 100 pieces. If stock is available, trial/sample orders are accepted and will be shipped immediately.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: 30% T/T in advance, 70% against copy of B/L; or 100% L/C at sight.

Q: Can we add logos to the board and packaging?
A: Yes. We can apply logo film to one or both sides of the board. We can also print your logo on the cartons.

Q: What services do you provide?
A: We provide production videos, nail-holding tests, loading photos and shipping schedules. We offer a quick response within 12 hours.

Q: Do you have an agent in our country?
A: We do not appoint exclusive agents in other countries. However, we have major customers in Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Thailand, Barbados, Venezuela and the USA. You can easily source our products through them.

Q: Do you support customization?
A: Yes. We provide cutting, carving, drilling and printing services. We also supply display boards, photo frames, portable boards and more.

Q: What is your lead time?
A: Normally 15 days after receiving the advance payment.
