Based on optical theory, light undergoes continuous reflection, refraction, and scattering within chemical particles and resin to achieve optimal light transmission and superior LED hiding ability while significantly improving light uniformity. This panel maintains high light transmission (up to 90%+) while effectively eliminating glare and hotspots from LED point sources, creating a soft and comfortable visual environment.

Impact resistance 250-300× stronger than ordinary glass, 20-30× stronger than acrylic sheets, known as “unbreakable glass.” Resists damage during installation and transportation, suitable for high-safety applications like public transportation and industrial environments.
Excellent Thermal Stability & Weather Resistance
Long-term service temperature range -40°C to 120°C, heat deflection temperature of 140°C. UV-resistant with 500-hour UV aging test, yellowing index ΔY<3, lifespan exceeding 10 years. Will not deform or yellow under prolonged light source exposure.
Outstanding LED Hiding Ability
Specifically designed for direct-lit backlight modules, maintains excellent LED hiding and hotspot elimination even under high-lumen density light sources, with stable color temperature and no CRI degradation, preserving the original color of LED lights.

Available in UL94 V0 flame retardant grade, self-extinguishing when removed from fire without toxic gas emission. ROHS certified, compliant with EU environmental standards, suitable for crowded places like rail transit, hospitals, and schools.
